What Extended Restoration Is
Extended Restoration in our Reset Suite is intentional, protected time—30 minutes set aside in LaPlata for your body and nervous system to settle before or after a service. This is not a hands-on treatment. The space includes oversized lounge seating, optional weighted blankets, soft lighting, ambient sound, an optional eye mask, and a refreshment station.
Rather than returning immediately to stimulation, responsibility, or routine, remaining in the Reset Suite supports integration and deeper rest. The quiet, supportive environment reduces sensory input and gives space for the nervous system to reorganize in a controlled way. Clients often use this time to transition slowly back toward their day.
How The Session Works
The session runs for 30 MINUTES and is priced at $45. You’re invited to remain in the suite either before or after your scheduled wellness service to allow uninterrupted settling. During the block you may choose a weighted blanket, eye mask, and light snacks or infused water from the refreshment station.
Extended Restoration is not a substitute for clinical care; it complements hands-on services by providing time to integrate their effects.
